Even though "Flowdreaming" was published in 2006, I only recently discovered a copy of this combination book/CD at my local bookstore.

I have long believed in a Universal, divine flowing energy that works to bring about balance and harmony, yet Summer McStravick has actually proposed that one could shift their awareness into this divine flow — a dimension of your existence where all things and events originate and your highest good is manifested — to create a more fulfilling life.

When it comes to living life in the divine flow, the key I mention most often is maintaining a positive attitude, because a positive frame of mind helps you stay open and receptive to divine guidance.

One popular technique for staying positive is through the use of affirmations. In the area of prosperity, for instance, you might make an affirmative statement such as, "I am prosperous," or "Prosperity is mine by divine right, and I claim my inheritance now!"

Intuition More Than Just Fringe Science

Researchers from the University of Leeds report that intuition is a real psychological process that lies just beyond our conscious awareness.

Gerald Hodgkinson, the lead author of the report that appears in the British Journal of Psychology, says it isn't just a random response. Recent research over the past few years has led the scientists to conclude that intuition is a result of the way the brain processes information when faced with serious time pressures, information overload, situations where they lack all the information to make an informed decision, and potentially hazardous situations where an individual does not have the luxury to be able to deliberate and collect all the facts.
